If you do not have a cheap telephone card, then forget about it – you are likely to really have to shell out the big bucks, and that is no joke.

I know.

I have friends all over the world, from India to Indiana, and so I have to make a lot of long distance phone calls.

Before I had a cheap phone card, I could not talk for more than an hour per week to any of my international friends.

But since then, I would have to say that having a cheap telephone card has really saved my life.

At the very least, it has saved me thousands of dollars to use my cheap telephone card for all of my cards.

I know a lot of people who simply get around the whole problem by not making as many telephone calls.

It makes a lot of sense if you think about it.

With the Internet as viable of an alternative as it is, there is no reason why you should waste your days and nights lost in idle chitchat on the phone.

Just send emails.

It is much quicker, and practically free.

I really love the convenience of being able to email my friends rather than spending hours on the phone or waiting for weeks for letters to get where they are going.

It just makes a whole lot of sense to do it that way.

Of course, even with the Internet, cheap telephone cards are still useful.

Think about it.

There are some times when you just really want to go and hear the voice of a loved one.

If they happen to be far away, you can either use a cheap telephone card, or you can call at great expense.

That one is a no-brainer if you ask me.

Who wants to spend money that they do not have to? Besides that, sometimes emergencies come up, and you might not be near a computer, or even if you are, the person who you are calling might not be.

The only way for you to get in touch in those times is with a cheap telephone card.
