If you cannot get cable Internet in your own community, going with Verizon Internet is not a horrible idea, however, remember that the customer service may be lacking in many areas.

For the longest time I had Verizon Internet.

When I moved into my current apartment, we went with Verizon for our phone service, as there was no one else we could choose, and we also choose them for our Internet.

Verizon does not offer cable Internet for the obvious reasons, so we had to go with the DSL service.

I was pretty happy with my service overall, but I found that as time went on my DSL got slower and slower.

I thought this was a problem with my computer, but many other people in my community with the same service told me that they felt their service was not as good as it used to be also.

I don’t have any major complaints about Verizon Internet except that I do not like to deal with Verizon.

When I had a problem with my Internet service, I could call the tech support number and I would always get the help I needed.

However, it should be noted that the help for Verizon Internet is not given by Verizon.

The number for technical problems with Internet went to a different company completely.

Therefore, I cannot credit Verizon with this excellent service.

What I can say about Verizon Internet is that I was dismayed with the way Verizon chose to handle our account.

They were so paranoid about customers leaving them to go with Internet phone service that they drove many of their customers away.

Sometimes they were a wonderful company, but I found that the operators that I spoke to became more and more paranoid.

I don’t know if this was their fault, or perhaps something that their supervisors were drilling into their heads.

Though Verizon Internet service was good for the asking price, having to deal with the representatives was not worth it.

In the end, Verizon’s paranoia and strict policies are what drove us away from them.

What they didn’t realize was that being as strict as they were, they were creating the very scenario that they feared.

We did end up leaving Verizon Internet to go with someone else.

In fact, our phone, cable, and Internet service are now all through Time Warner cable.

Not only is Time Warner a much more relaxed company, my Internet is faster than ever before.
